Charlotte Ho-Ho and Sno Ball

May i introduce, the 17th and 18th son of Charlotte LinLin, Ho-Ho and Sno Ball. Latter is a parasitic twin that can talk and can be very snarky and macabre, same as his twin who tends to be mischievous and loves to play pranks. Ho-Ho is the Minister of Ho-Ho Island while Sno Ball is it's Co-Minister and rules at his brother's side.
Both are avid singers and loves to dance, also they have a knack for theatre. Sno Ball's hands are disfigured and he can't really do much with them. They share all their organs, minus the brain, but they are able to communicate telepathically with each other if needed. Sno Ball is a master in Observation Haki while Ho-Ho is very skilled in Amarment. Both are versatile in battles as well, using their tight bond in fights.

They were ridiculed and bullied in their childhood constantly due to their constitution but stuck together and developed a coping mechanism in making jokes about it. Nowadays they are loved and honored rulers of their Island and tend to have good connections with their citizens.
Sno Ball is the funnier one and also a little bit more immature one of both.
